John Remsen, Jr., is Principal of TheRemsenGroup, a marketing consulting firm that works exclusively with law firms to help them develop long-term marketing strategies and implement cost-effective business development programs.? Since 1997, he has worked with over 150 law firms and thousands of lawyers.? Mr. Remsen has served on the national Board of Directors of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and was President of its Southeastern chapter for three years.??He?was recently appointed a ?core member? of the ABA?s Law Practice Management Section and, as such, has contributed numerous articles to various ABA publications. ? A frequent speaker and author on law firm marketing topics,?Mr. Remsen?has spoken at national and regional conferences of the Legal Marketing Association, the Association of Legal Administrators, and numerous state and local Bar associations.??

Vincent L. Valenza is Managing Principal of McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams. P.C., in Albany, New York. ? Mr. Valenza provides clients with advice and assistance on a broad range of business issues and transactions including the formation and operation of business entities; business start-ups; business expansions through mergers and acquisitions; shareholder, member and partner buyouts; raising capital via debt and equity financing, including private placements; investment of capital in new, emerging and established businesses; real estate transactions, including like-kind exchanges; federal, state and local taxation; and family business and management succession planning.? He is a former adjunct professor at Albany Law School, where he taught a course on business planning, covering business start-up, financing, and joint ventures.

Young is Partner and member of the Practice Management Committee of English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where he practices primarily in the area of medical malpractice and pharmaceutical litigation.? He is the former Managing Partner and Practice Management Committee Chair for his firm.? Mr. Young currently serves as the Chair of the ABA?s Law Practice Management Section Diversity Committee, and as a member of the Membership Development Committee.?
